Please note that your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these rules. Any use in this Agreement of the terms "we" or "us" or "our" means or refers to Southborough Police Department and "you" or "your" means or refers to the subscriber/user, company, its agents, affiliates or representatives.

LAWFUL PURPOSE
You shall use the site for lawful purposes only. Unless otherwise specified, this site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting (Millennium Research Laboratories) MRL-Online services and providing public information. This site is controlled by (Millennium Research Laboratories) MRL-Online from its offices in Woburn, Massachusetts.

This Agreement and any operating rules established by (Millennium Research Laboratories) MRL-Online constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts , without regard to any conflict of law provisions. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Massachusetts and you hereby submit the jurisdiction of said courts.
