Bioanalytical Services
Our bioanalytical capabilities are a key component of the extensive contract services we offer our clients. MRL provides analysis of biological samples generated from pharmacokinetic studies using LC-MS-MS technique. MRL can also help in the interpretation of pharmacokinetic data. MRL offers assessment of key drug parameters such as:
  • Drug-protein binding employing equilibrium dialysis
  • Drug permeability using Parallel Artificial Membrane Permeability Assay
  • Drug metabolic stability using liver microsomes/S9 preparations
